    • final map improvement plan, grading plan, soils engineering reports, public utility plans, toxic & contamination reports, well development, hydrology, and SWIPP compliance

  5. Project and Consultant Management

    LDS arranges and executes a complete program tailored to meet the individual needs of the project. Our program includes:
    • managing all architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers necessary to complete the project
    • provides consultant management for obtaining required permits, environmental assessments, approvals, fulfilling other regulatory requirements
    • all other services such as contractors, sub-contractors, or consultants necessary to provide a plan, its implementation, and ultimate completion

LDS brings it all together

LDS is a fee for service company, however on a case by case basis we consider joint venture or percentage partnership. Call us for additional information.
