Rick W Jones
Rick W. Jones is a California licensed real estate broker born and raised in Oakdale, California. He has been in the real estate, construction, and development business for over 45 years. He was Senior Vice President and Director of Land Development for the 75th builder in the nation, A.D. Seeno Company. Rick has been responsible for the land acquisition, forward planning, entitlement processing, and implementation of over 15 large master planned communities in Northern California. In 1999 Rick and his wife Rachel opened Touchdown Properties, named for Rick's history in football. Rick was inducted into the Oakdale Sports Hall of Fame in 1990. Specializing in land and commercial sales Rick prides himself in putting together large, complicated deals that work.
Rick graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Business
Administration and now resides in his hometown of Oakdale with his wife Rachel
and their two children. Apart from his presence as a prominent fixture in
Oakdale's business and political arenas, Rick contributes a good deal of his
time to community service as evidenced by his past positions: trustee and past
president of the Oakdale Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees, past
president and board member Oakdale Council of the Central Valley Association of
Realtors, past president and board member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, past
board member of the Oakdale Baseball Association, chairman of the Central
Valley Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, current Federal Political
Coordinator of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for Congressman Josh
Harder.
